Ergue-se a manhã
doce e lenta num suave despertar
abro a janela, a vida corre lá fora!
Salto para a agarrar.
Fito-me nela,
vejo a sua forma,
tento-me moldar.

Não há tempo a perder
gosto tem, o que se quer ganhar.

Esqueço a noite
Vivo o dia
Obedeço ao corpo
Em harmonia.

E é assim, vida se chama
a do minuto e do segundo,
Entre os sonhos mais profundos
Cada momento que nos aclama.
